Bad Management

I actually never stayed here. but had a bad experice with the management.
I saw the place and decided that I wanted to move in, but didnt have my check-book with me that day. So i asked the lady if she could hold it till the next day and I would come and give the deposit check and sign the lease, she said fine...
When I went the next day, there was someone else and she said the Apartment is taken.
She was also very rude and not at all flexible.
Really Rude People at the Management Office.
