These guys are the worst fellows - Don't move here

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
we lived in Arches for 8 months since this was one of the few available apartments in 2000. When we left we go the entire place cleaned (even though we lived there for 8 months) including the carpet. These fellows still held our security deposit back. They did the same with a friend of ours and he took their ass to small sesions court I believe it i in Los Gatos) and the judge ordered them to pay the security deposit. I urge everyone who got ripped to inquire with the small courts and repeatedly get these guys to court. Once they are summoned several times they will be black listed by BBB and will find it difficult to get new customers and/or credit to finance their repairs. Find out who the management is (CEO of the holding company) since this is the fellow who nees to be summoned to the court.
I wish these fellows die in a car accident and go to hell!!
