Dark apartment, bugs, stole my deposit, awful management!

You can find a better place than here! My apartment was dark all year round and had lots of bugs. When I moved out they took all but $50 of my deposit even though apartment was in good clean condition (and it was DUSTY when I moved in). They charged me for the "final water bill" even though I had already PAID the final water bill and as of this moment I'm still fighting to get my money back. Don't let the sweet talk of the management fool you- they don't care about you!
