Managment was a problem from day one. They are rude and will do anything to make a dime. The first week I lived in the apartment the water heater broke and I had dark brown water for over 24 hours. No one was available to fix it, and I ended up running the water for 3 hours to try and clear it. Management told me there was no problem with brown water, and that it shouldn't have stopped me from bathing in it, and they wouldn't pay for my expensive water bill! Every month management screwed up my bills - they can't do math and attempt to overbill every time. Don't trust them! Before I left they charged me an arm and a leg for clean up - I only lived there for 4 mos! They also charged for oven parts, painting, fixtures, and wanted the discount they gave me back. Do not live here, the nice neighborhood is not worth it!
