Hi! Guys,
I lived here almost 5 years with no maintanance. In fact i was living here, since it was closer to my office and safe for the kids to play.

At the move out time, they promise not to deduct any amount. After repeated request, they never gave me move out report and now they send me bill for around $900.00. I am planning to sue them. Some how I am not able to find the owners/Directors name for willowbend.
Anybody has an idea to find that info., though I am looking at ss.ca.gov
