I wouldn't recommend anyone to live here. The price looks cheap and affordable, don't you think' WRONG! These people will rip you off when you move out. I've lived there for 2 years thinking, wow these managment people are really nice. I shouldn't have any problems when I move out. WRONG AGAING! They took my deposit money which is $550 and demanded another $450, for a total of $1000 to fix up the place. The place was ------ in the first place. It looked ------ when I left. The only thing that's obviously dirty was just the carpet. They had to replace it anyways after 2 years. 6 months later, I've got a call from the collection agency saying that I owe Willow Bend $450. What the hell is that' But you make the decision. It's your money.
