Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
First forget about getting your deposit back. I cleaned the apartment like ready to move in and still couldn't my deposit back.

Very noisy place, train track and industry nearby.

Lots of bugs inside the apartment, If you don't mind living with ants and other insects, then it is OK.

From outside it may look OK, but all appliances are very old.

I would never suggest anyone to move to this apartment.
