It's a nightmare to live here

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
In first eye, I thought It's a very nice place. After several months, I felt very painful to live here. The management is not kind(the young lady in the office is rude) and can't give you any help. my neighbor is very noisy - often make big noise at midnight and never listen to my complaint. The office don't give any help. They just give you useless phone numbers. It's the worst experience I ever have.
