The management is very RUDE. If you are not very lucky, they will treat you like DIRT.

Once I was in need of a copy of rental agreement. The manager made me
to walk six times. Finally I given up without getting that!

NOISE from Nearby factory / passing trains is a big problem here. You need to close the windows all the time if you need some quiet time.

Also you need to forget the Security deposit. Eventhough I heard about from others about almost NON-refundable security deposit policy, I took a chance and cleaned
the apartment so well that it is almost same as moving in condition.

Still they took my full security deposit.
(As expected !!!)

My friend also moved out almost same time from this apartment, he got 12$ back from
450$ deposit. (At least, he got something !!)

They charged me for AC filers/Re-painting/Carpet Cleanig/ Windows blind
cleaning etc ....

So if you are renting here, your effective rent will be monthly rent prorated security deposit.

The parking lot and apartment are very far for most of the rental unit.

The fitness center is for name sake only.
Virtually you cant use it. Only two equipment and a big mirror behind!!

Also washer and dryer is expensive.
Very expensive compared with outside coin laundry.
