1. The management will lie about the noise issue. In fact, your apartment will be shaky whenever the trains are passing by. You cannot sleep.

2. You should not be cheated by the initial contract because of the initial monthly payment. Soon you will know that your next rent will be increased excessively.

3. Check the garbage cans before you move in. The garbage cans are overflowed and dirty.

4. The manager is not in the office whenever you need help.

5. Many hidden costs exist. For examples, the management will charge 100% for water and garbage even you move out earlier.

6. You will get a little or no deposit back even if you clean the apartment well when you move out.

7. Your kids may eat insects. There are many insects in the apartment.

8. We saw and heard many car damage problems during the night time.

In sum, this "Willowbend Apartment" and "Heritage Park Apartment" may be the "cheating" apartments in the bay area.

maybe if you were in the office when we asked for help instead of rolling around the back seat of your Mercedes you wouldn't have to read the SAME EXACT postings from several DIFFERENT past tenants. Hmmm, maybe on Monday I'll contact the Dept of Social Services and have them investigate the bug problem in our unit as well as the waste smell in front of my door. Maybe they feel that children under 5 should live in these conditions. I'll get back to you next week in person. Until then, have a great week!
