This place is a nightmare. Car vandalism/break-ins happen in the "underground" parking lot. Actually safer to park your car next to some windows than in the "underground" Don't let them trick you into thinking "underground" is a perk. There is no piece of mind for your cars safety.

Pipes have a terrible smell. Especially if you decide not to install a washer/dryer into your unit. There is a disgusting smell coming from our closet and all maintenance did was tape up the hole, the smell still persists.

SILVERFISH EVERYWHERE!! Management will tell you we'll "spray" which is a lie. I kill on average 5-6 every week.

Concrete walls keep out noise. TOO BAD THE FLOORS ARE PAPER THIN!!! I can hear the neighbors walking, sneezing, showering, phone ringing. By the way, concrete walls don't do anything when they shake from the Caltrans.

There are squirrels everywhere. But why is this a bad thing' They're cute aren't they' Yes, but when they're tearing through your trash or your patio its not very cute. They're also completely unafraid of people, so I hope you don't mind your kids touching squirrels that roll around in the dumpsters.

I've come home late at night to find people going through our dumpsters. This can happen anywhere I guess, but like I said these are things I wish I knew. Don't throw away anything useful to them (creditcard offers, bills, etc) without shredding it.

When you're on the tour of an apartment and they tell you they have a gym. They aren't lying, but ask to see it. When you see the 3 pieces of old cardio that they keep in what probably used to be the managements break room you'll laugh. Or in my case where you thought a gym at least meant a couple weight machines and 5-6 cardio machines you'll just be let down. The pool is also not heated.

Also our carpet was wet when we moved in. There is no vent for your stove top either. There is a fan and what does it do' It blows steam/smoke onto your ceiling. For anyone that cooks this is laughable. Also, the oven has no broiler its a draw. Jokes on me I guess. The walls have a cheap layer of paint that actually bleeds colors and if you try to clean it off the paint just comes off making a spot.

If you do move into this complex try it out with a 1 month. You'll see it won't take long for you to be looking elsewhere. There is a reason why I see people moving out every month.

On the plus side there is always hot water. And... and the wonderful management (sarcasm). True story, I am in the office and person calls the complex looking for a 1 bedroom. The management asks for a ball-park on how much they're willing to spend. Then there is a pause and I kid you not she goes "HAHA YEA RIGHT, TRY MEXICO!"
