Manager dosent admit the mistake .Never Patient to listen to anything .Worst part of it is the Manager tries to cover the mistake by passing it on the residents as if its their fault .

Manager complains that she havent recieved the rent cheque even though i personally gave it and ironically the management misplaced the cheque and complains the fault is with the resident ,Moreover she closes the door while talking to the resident which is really annoying .

Guess wot .., when asked about the feed back form she riduculosy mentions "Is it for receiving my Fat bonus " '''' I wonder how she became a manager !!!!!

Management is cheat and is used to taking advantage of new immigrant tenants by scaring them of damaging their credit history.
