Hi All,
Please avoid this apartment complex at any cost. This Management will try to rip you off not only your deposit but pass on their own accounting errors on to you. The female manager is a very very conniving and bad human being. My humble request to all of you to avoid this complex. They can make you pay upto $1500 once you vacate the unit. I wish I could have given this apartment negative rating for being managed by such dishonest and bad people.

If there are others like me who were victims of this apartment complex, maybe we should have a lawsuit against this apartment complex.

They really suck! There final settlement charges are too much. I was in Junior bedroom earlier and then moved to 2 bedroom there itself. They charged cleaning charges of $1000 for Junior Bedroom. Now I moved out of 2 bedroom, the charges are still higher end of about $400
