Rudest Manager - Stay away

I was lured into this place last month by the locale, landscaping and diversity of the place but the attitude of the management has been the one of the rudest shocks of my life.
I have not been able to connect to the internet ever since I moved in. This is because the apartment's internal cabling is messed up. Both the maintenance and the ISP think that it is other's responsibility and would not fix the lines and wouldn't talk to one another to resolve the issue and I had to be their interlocutor.
The management was claiming that they have a contract with the ISP that says it is the latter's responsibility. Since she wouldn't talk to them to resolve the issue, I asked for a copy of the contract. The woman replies to that by saying that, that would be the same as her asking for my marriage license. She went to on to say that I don't work for the ISP and she doesn't need to explain anything to a "mere" resident.
In short, a rude, uncommunicative and uncooperative management. Kiss your peace goodbye if run into maintenace issues here.

This is patent dishonesty. Far from assuring me that they are still trying to resolve issue, the ISP i.e. Comcast told me several times that they have already done all that they could do and are in a helpless situation as the internal cables are the responsibility of the Maintenance. I had to personally take these messages to the management. In the management office I was told the contrary and I had to take the messages back to Comcast, and this dragged on for weeks. There was no direct interaction between Comcast and the management regarding this issue.
Since it was upto me to convince Comcast of their responsibility as stated in the contract, I asked for the contract. If the contract were indeed confidential, the management should have worked with Comcast directly and resolved the issue. Instead she said something like she was in the process of throwing Comcast itself out of the apartment complex.
The most dishonest part is about my being loud and disruptive. All that I have done is pass on the Comcast messages to the staff and I did this most politely. I left the place as soon as they noted the complaint. Even in this episode, despite the shocking rudeness of this manager, I quietly left the place when I found that I was incapable of having a reasonable conversation.
Since, they have nothing substantial on their side, the management is resorting to misinformation and slander. A discerning reader should look at the other reviews and talk to the residents in person to get the correct picture.

Unfortunately, the inside wiring is owned by Comcast due to a grandfather clause in the service contract. Since it is a legally binding document, it is confidential between the two signing parties-Willowbend Apartments and Comcast.
The contract states that the apartment management cannot perform any service repairs that pertains to inside wiring and cable, only Comcast representatives have the authority. Comcast stated to the resident that they are diligently trying to repair the inside wiring to his apartment as soon as possible. But he needs to be patient. Instead of accepting Comcast's answer, this resident bullies the management staff and disrupts business with his loud outbursts in the office which is unfair to us.
