Sorry to use harsh and unethical words here but I want to make my point. I lived here from Jan 2007 and June 2008. I came to know about this site and I obliged to put my review here. As people have mentioned the manager -----is a -----. ------- ----- in sunnyvale. Dont ---- her as its rumored she carrys HIV
Management does not care for tenant. She will show her whole body to sign the lease but after that you will be treated like slaves.
She threatened me that she will sue me if I keep complaining about maintenance not doing the job. I am happy that I am out of this place.
-----should be ----ed in the middle of the street by animals.

You're right!! I did her many times in 2005 and 2006 to get a few bucks off my rent (she was terrible in bed, but worth the 8 bucks per month discount)...and I was smart to wear a condom, because ---------------- name was already around Sunnyvale and beyond. The maintenance does suck, and -----will too if you need a buck off your rent. DONT RENT HERE!

Hi. I'm the Manager and I'm laughing my head off! This review is total fiction. Its slanderous, libelous, and hilarious. Thank you for the laugh! BTW, none of the managers discount the rent!
