I lived here for 6 months and had a horrible experience.

Management especially------------(should be chinese) is terribly bad. She will not respect tenants. I am not sure whether she had proper education. It will be good to do a background check on her. Might be illegal immigrant.
The other 3 ladies in the management are good but they can't help you since -----directs and controls everything. Even they complain about ----.

Mainteance is night mare. Guranteed for sure average response time for any maintenance work is 3 to 4 weeks. Our A/C stopped working in the peak of the summer (June and July 2008). It took them 2 months to repair it (FYI the person actually spent only 2 hrs to fix the issue). For a 2 hrs work myself and my wife would have called them 30 times. At one point -----abused us stating that I will call the police if you guys keep calling everyday for this issue. I lived in California for 7 years and I never heard such a statement from the manager. 2 out 4 kitchen stove didn't work and 3 months passed they never fixed it and finally we left as our lease expired.

We left the apartment in very good condition and still they took our $600 deposit. I didn't care becos I was desperate and happy to left the place. The only good thing I did his I signed a 6 month lease only.

Stay away friends. Even if its $50 or $100 more please choose someother complex to have a peaceful life. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

Hi. I'm the Manager. You know, I fired an employee very recently and he's posting negative and incorrect postings as retaliation against me. I see similiarities between the last three postings that make me think its the fired employee posting, not a resident. Meanwhile, the property has been frequently visited and has successfully rented most of their available apartments on a steady basis, so I thank everybody who's ignored the negativity this fired employee is spouting and has come and visited us at Willowbend!

Do not listen to those who think we lie or are disgruntled employees. In 2003 Maria Huang (illegal alien is sounding likely) used the same ploy on this nice site. surprised she's still there. not surprised so many come on here to help those who would otherwise rent here. TERRIBLE PLACE TO RENT! We got our deposit, only after pointing out the LEGALITY of them needing to produce a copy of the "Move-in inspection form" which they could not!!!! Keep yours and produce it to the authorities if Maria still wants to keep your deposit!! Lousy manager lousy business practices. ILLEGAL is her middle name...investigation upcoming....
