Not worth for the rent you pay.

Maintenance - below average. Don't care really for the tenants.
Management - worst. All they care for his rent and they are not going to hear anything else from you.
Place - below average
Parking - average

Stayed here for 1 year and no pleasant experience. Lookout for something else.
