Please don't live in this apartment! A lot of problems with utilities in the house. I live in first floor. One time the drain underneath ground is clogged and all the dirty water from 2nd and 3rd floor comes to my room, it is like flood.
More importantly, as others said, you never get your deposit back. I spent two whole day to clean the apartment before I moved out, and even asked professional cleaner to clean the carpet. But I was still charged a lot from my deposit, including carpet clean fees.
