Rude manager who threatens to spoil your credit history, over-priced and train noise apartments

Manager is extremely rude and threatens you to put bad
things on your credit-report if you try to argue with
her about anything. There is train line just next to
the wall. Entire apartment shakes when train passes by.
Intimidating for a baby. Washer/dryer inside the unit are
so small and bad that it takes forever to dry your clothes.
They will give specials and trap you. After that they
will keep increasing rent every year. On move-out, they
will rip-off your entire deposit.

what do u expect when u live by a train, everything to be peaceful? I lived by the airport, planes flew over my apartment all the time. I got use to it since, well I chose to live there, no one made me do it.

I just want to say that the "Anonymous" person that responded with " u chose to live there" is WAY WRONG. You sound like a very IGNORANT staff person. When a person is shown a rental unit, honorable management would make it a point to inform the prospective tenant of the "noise" problems from the train. It is ignorant people like you that are costing businesses money. If a person lives in a trailer in a park shouldn't they have a right to know that the trailer park tends to flood when it rains? After all didn't they tell you all of the facts when you left your last trailer park......OKAY!

They should tell you about the train. When I worked there I made sure to tell ppl that there was a train. is the brickyard still making noise at night?
The manager was there as an assistant manager when I was there. The manager and leasing assistant before me both quite cuz of her and the manager and I quite cuz of her. She is crazy and should be on meds. She has had issues of her mom favoring her sister over her, so she takes it out on everyone else when she can.
