I lost all my deposit on 1B/1B. Manager...Maria/Mary is absolutely dishonest crook. I called her after I moved out but she literally hung up on me..I called 'Sentinel' for help but even they could not do anything to get my deposit back.

Someone needs to stop this robbery going on at Willowbend.

I will be at Starbucks at the intersection of Mathilda and El. Camino in Sunnyvale on 04/04 at 3pm to meet fellow people who are willing to collaborate to fight against Willowbend apartments especially people with Collection notices sent out. Thanks

Wow, Mari. You are still there managing. I worked here before. The only REAL way you can get most of your deposit back is to get a professional cleaner and professional carpet shampoo. Keep the receipt. By law, if they take any part of your deposit, they have to give you a detailed receipt of what was deducted and how much each thing was. Her whole family are crooks. She is the owner of the property.
