Good spacious apartment but no deposit back.

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2001
 
Lived here 2 yrs ago. spacious 1 bdrm with loft. great storage room. good prompt maintainence.

However hardly got any deposit back after moving out. reason given was dusty blinds and 3-4 spots on walls. this after the walk through during which i was told that i would get most of the deposit back as the apartment was in great shape.
