TOO EXPENSIVE. MANAGEMENT STINKS!!!! VERY UN-COPERATIVE AND INSULTING!!!!

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
 
We stayed at this apt for 2 years. the earlier management was quite nice AS COMPARED to the current one. They are very un-coperative and rude. They insult you and your service orders take days to complete.

Besides, the above the walls are very thin. The fixtures are of low quality with water leakage in winter.

I am sure you will find a better place than WINDSOR RIDGE for less price.
