Looks like a beauty from outside. Its stinks inside strating from the MANAGEMENT to the appartment.

Bad approach to appartments. Blocked by cars or shrubs and trees.

Not responsive management not their service. If you report a problem, it takes weeks for them to come during their convinent time to fix it. Incase of an emergency try to call the emergency no. IT GIVE HISTROY about Windsor Ridge.

The walls are thin and can hear the other appartment people talk, play music, TV etc. Material used inside is the cheapest on earth. During winter it leaks all over the place and when complained they ask us to keep the drain clean for water to flow.

Not sure how other properties of this group are managed or the people in the office are stubborn.

Applainces are either refurbished or not maintained at all. A/C, OVEN, Refrigeator.

What can you expect with such people. RUDE, NON-COoperative, Unprofessional people.(especially the maintanenece and Property manager).

Not a place to live in. You can find a better place for lesser rent and WELL MANNERED STAFF.
