Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
 
The manager that was there when I first moved in was great. Then management changed and they treat you like they are doing you a favor by letting you live there, it's loud, the apartments are falling apart, very thin walls and after 60 days they have yet to refund any of my security deposit, small claims here we come.
