We drove around on the weekend to look for apartments. We came across this apartment complex to find that no one was in the office and had a sign saying they'd be back at 4 PM. (it was 3 PM at the time, so we decided to drive around a bit more and just come back later.) We later returned at 4:00 and no one was back yet....so, we left to look at a neighboring apartment and would come back before they closed, which was at 6 PM. When we returned for the 3rd time, we found that there was still no one in the office with the sign still saying they'd be back at 4 PM. It was already close to 6 PM. Their idea of a lunch HOUR is more like a DAY off.
