Don't even think about moving in here. Management is very bad and very rude. Dealing with them is impossible.They want to rip off for your money. Both renewal of lease and moving out is expensive. They will charge/fine you for everything.
Regarding the apartment: There is shortage of parking in the apartment. Finding an open parking in the night is a nightmare. The apartments are very close to each other. You cannot think about having a small gathering or barbeque in your patio. Neighbors will start complaining.
