Hi, Ive been living here for almost 2 yrs now....and have seen the management change very often. The apartments are okay other than the kitchen which is very tiny and hardly any storage space in the kitchen. Also, the tiny cabinets are very very old. They are not very attentive to maintenance requests at all. You'd have to call them atleast 2-3 times before they send out someone. The worst problem is that there is no rent control and there is steep increase in the rents. I started out at 1150 in 2005 and last year, the rent increased to 1375. And now as I am nearing renewal again, I got a notice saying that the rent is going to be 1585 which is ridiculous considering that there is no washer/dryer in the apartment and no remodelling has been done. Looks like the managements just wants the residents to vacate so that they can remodel and put them up at a higher price. Is this the value that they give to their residents''''
Plz dont go by the new lease deals...BEWARE..u'd have to pay much higher when you renew. STAY AWAY IF POSSIBLE.
ALso, there is a lot of noice as there is some industry next to the apartment and it starts at arond 7 in the morning.
