I lived many years in many of the apartments across USA . This is my worst experience. Parking space is limited, place is noisy. Rooms are smaller compared to other apartments. Does not have gated entrance. But the biggest problem is manager & her team .
I requested few times to fix my stove. They never respond for the first or second time. Manager and other staffs in the office are arrogant and never care for you.
They wanted to renovate the entire parking space few weeks back . they sent notice to all the residents JUST one day before & warned them , if car is not moved out of parking lot, car will be towed at owner s expense. Specially on summer time when lot of people are on vacation for week or so.
There is no professionalism or courtesy for their customer (residents). Whenever I talked them, they mention some rule/ contract to prove that they are correct instead of resolving the issue.
I decided to move here , since it is very near to my work place & I needed apartment urgently . Pls. dont move here . I am pretty sure there are many nice apartments in Sunnyvale area .

I moved to Winsor Ridge a few months ago and experienced the same treatment from the manager. She is rude and not a "people person". I too was quoted some rule as an excuse for not getting back to me , which I know was just made up as I know my rights. A simple courtesy call would have sufficed, but again I'm dealing with a woman that has no people skills or understands the importance of follow-up. What every happened to customer service?

Wow. I cannot agree with this more. The management staff at this complex does not know the definition of customer Service. Elena is about the most ignorant person I have ever met. You would think that in these tough economic times they would have a bit more understanding when it comes to deposits and such, but they seem to be the exact opposite. If you want to get screwed out of money and constantly have threatening notes placed on your door, then move here. HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!!!!!
