this lady stole money from my an old man...who went to rent apt and then offered him to live with her. She asked him to pay 3000 for room and board.

I am the apartment manager at Windsor Ridge. I believe that you may have the wrong community. There is no one in the office named -------------and there is no resident at our community listed with that name either.
