I moved into this apartment in Mid-September. I should have ran out of there when we were signing up for the apartment. ----- (the --------- manager) was so rude to us from the beginning. I have no idea how she gets people to rent. She is AWFUL! She forced us to move in sooner than we wanted to, only to find out that our apartment was not ready until 1 day prior to our move in. When we moved in we realized that there was no way they could have cleaned the carpets in a day. I am at the point that I am going to request all docs from them to prove that they actually cleaned our place. The apartment gets so dirty. For example: The stove in the apartment must have never been cleaned by the prior tenant. As soon as you turn the stove on it gets a ring around the coils.

Now I must say one nice thing...The maintenace staff is SUPER FRIENDLY AND FRANKLY THEY SHOULD RUN THE PLACE!

Back to reality. We constantly get notes on the door about stupid stuff and they are always threatening. The people in the management office need to take a lesson on how to write a proper memo and how to be professional as they are not.

We have never been late with our rent and we are not loud at all. I recently got a cat from a friend and I was under the impression that we already paid or $500 deposit for the dog we have and that cats were then free. The "management" staff came out to do inspections and saw my cat and then again posted a letter on our door ON A SUNDAY about the cat and that we need to come to the office (like I am in grade school again going to the principals office) and register my cat...pay another $500 and an extra $25.00 a month.

One last thing, they post that their rent is much cheaper that it is. We pay $2375.00 a month for a 2 bedroom apartment. Really these people in the so called management office have no idea what is going on with the world today!
Needless to say this place is ridiculous and I cannot stress to all of you that read this. DO NOT MOVE TO WINDSOR RIDGE. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!

I had the same issue with my apartment. This apartment is the worst ever. I scrubbed the ---- out of my apartment for several days, in hope of getting something back from my deposit. Wow, was I surely the dumb one. They sent me a 2 month late check for 50 bucks. WTF? I thought to myself. Then they sent me a copy of a carbon copy of the invoices of companies that came in and did the real cleaning. There was even a spot in the bathroom that I had written down in my pre-inspection and they charged me for re-tiling the bathroom floor. Wow, the nerve of these people. I would never live here, and if you are thinking about it, DON'T, FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!!!!!
