While the apartments are large and fairly nice inside, the neighborhood is run down and so is the building which desperatly needs a new paint job. I've seen people breaking into cars and a lady friend was nearly assaulted by a stranger. The resident street person off of Evelyn doesn't help matters! The trash bin is often over flowing and surrounded by garbage. Even the nearby Albertsons and Safeway need cleaning up. If safety and security are high on your list, don't live here.
