I've lived in an upstairs unit with a one bedroom, loft & fireplace. I loved my apartment layout. It allows easy elegant decorating with its high ceilings. Its a small community where you can get to know your neighbors, everyone always said hello. It was always peaceful and I enjoyed being able to have the gym to myself to work out and watch TV while doing my laundry.
