The management people were friendly before the lease was signed . However, couldn't get too much help from them once moved in. Don't even think about getting help from the management; they would not return your phone calls.

The maintenance guy was very slow. It took him 3 months to come by and fix the problems listed on the first repair request. And he didn't fixe all of the problems. The management is useless because "tenants should contact the maintenance person directly." The later repair requests submitted were never worked on.

The only other time you would receive customer service is when you send in your notice. They would do anything to keep you, although it is too late.
