I lived at Woodacre for three years. I really liked the floor plan. The loft and high ceilings really open up the apartment. Lots of light but the insulation is very good so it stayed cool in the summer and warm in winter. Gas fireplace provided for plenty of heat. Did not have to use the electric heating system at all.

I moved because in three years time my rent went from $985 - $1350. Could not afford to live there any more. This happended when it was sold and the new owners got really greedy. First year was okay but then in the middle of the second and on to the third there were rental increases of $100 every six months.

I really liked the area and woodsy atmosphere...........hated to leave.
