My wife and I have lived here almost two years now and we have only good things to say. I was inspired to write because of some odd reviews below that did not reflect our experience at all.
The floor plan makes good use of space - the apartment feels very spacious. Palatial, even.
Management is great. Any and all requests for maintenance were filled immediately. Maintenance guy is funny. There was an issue with a neighbor's alarm clock - management helped us reach a compromise.
Neighborhood is nice. The apartments with Balboa Court addresses are actually at the end of a quiet cul de sac. Location is great - down the road from Safeway, and a couple blocks from 237, 85, 101, Central Expressway, and Sylvan Park in Mountain View, which has tennis courts, a play ground, and some open space for soccer.
My favorite thing about Woodacre, though, is all the trees. It's not called Woodacre for nothing - there are many trees of various types. The trees around the pool are so tall that you can see them from highway 237.
