When I moved in the they obviously hadn't checked out the apt. to see if old tennants had properly cleaned because blinds were Dirty .It took severalo months before they finally came in and changed them after several requests and a letter . Management keeps very short office hrs and it makes it hard to reach them during the day .
Other then that I like the quietness of the neighborhood but can't stand my next door neighbor bacause they enjoy slamming the door when they come and go .and downstairs are messy patio but I don't mind them as much .Rent is too high for the way the bldg's are kept .
