I have lived in several apartment communities in the Bay Area and here's my opinion of Woodacre. Management is very responsive and since the new maintenance person has been on-board, repairs are done almost immediately. Clean, well kept landscaping. Lots of closet space and open kitchen is what drew me to this place.

The only down side to this is the insulation, I swear the upstairs neighbors are elephants! Can hear them walking around all day and night. Nice neighbors otherwise. Not so sure about the neighborhood as I see police riding up and down the street all the time, could be a good thing and could be a bad thing. At any rate, I like it here and have renewed my lease for another year.
