Nice and Easy

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
I lived in Woodacre Apartments a little less than a year and would not have moved out if I hadn't been offered work elsewhere. The apartments are large and spacious and nicely designed, and I loved my little back patio. The lawns out in front are nice and you can always find extra parking on the street, provided you can parallel. The apartments buildings are kind of old, but any issues were fixed quickly. The management treated me like a real person, instead of a little money-making machine. The laundry room is a tad small for the large complex, so give up doing your laundry on Sundays, but I never had any problem for any other day of the week.
The location is ideal, as the complex is close to Sunnyvale Downtown, Mountain View Downtown, on-ramps to the 237 E and 85 S, near Central Express Way and El Camino Real, and Safeway (on Bernardo and El Camino). Can't say the same for the neighborhood, although all the residents I talked to were very nice (I always got offers to help me move in furniture), there were always cops hanging around the street and in the parking lot. So if your car is parked on the street, please keep your iPod out of sight.
Over all, I had a great experience here, and the rates were pretty reasonable.
