Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
this apartment's owner,--------------is racist,she try to rob your money with any reason,for example,if you have plumbing problem,aftere she called plumber to unclog the pipe,she will ask you to pay for it($200-$300) if plumber find a piece of hair
she will deduct your security 100% plus debt you have to pay her because she found one nail on wall
she burn your carpet after you move out,then she replace new carpet at your expense
#12,#15 's copper pipe was broken,and water came out like flood,she did not let tenant get paid for motel
just keep away from woodvale apartment
