Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
the last comment from feb/09 is a disabled tenant not manager. he is a very helpful guy considering his disabilities. the owner won't even say thank you. he has a lot of talent considered being a high school graduate. he even said he can go to court without a lawyer. he is confident.
