PLEASE NEVER THINK OF GOING TO HIGHLANDER APRTMENTS The management is very very arrogant and they don't have the basic curtsey.
Their boiler never works. Apartment is very dirty. They will hide all the damages and once you enter they will charge to you for those damages.
