I cannot wait for my lease to be up. The management will let your roof fall down on you before they'll actually do anything about it. Awful management, building needs repairs- overall horrible experience!
i had nothing but problems with the property managers. when moving in they tried to charge me for extra credit checks. and they basically screwed me out of $600 of my security deposit on technicalities and B.S.
This is a quiet building with basically quiet tenants. Building manager works hard to keep courtyard nice. Building is old and falling apart and needs restoration. Mold growing in paint, fixtures always breaking and management is slow to repair anything! ... more
