I lived at Tarzana Garden apartment complex and the rent was reasonable until the last two years. We have had rent increases in the amount of $330.00 in two years. The last increase was in the amount of $175.00 which I feel is very unreasonable. They advertise a family building, but the courtyard if roped off so our children can?t play in the complex. They also advertise a recreation room that is always close and locked so the kids can?t play there. They are constantly changing rules to benefit themselves.
