LOUD. LOUD KIDS. NO GUEST PARKING. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/7/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Manager tries to be everyone's friend. Be my manager, not my friend. Manager only talks to rule-breakers if you complain about it. Doesn't do it as a matter of following their own lease. LOUD. Kids are extremely loud and not attented by their parents. Think scraming at the top of their lungs. If you like living in peace, DO NOT LIVE HERE. There is nowhere to park on Reseda Blvd. I've had to pick up a friend who had to park at the nearby grocery store. Doors to building not always closed properly.
