Rip off! - I lived for 10 years at this apartment when I moved in they had an old carpet which should be replaced that time but I did not even plan to stay that long. I do wanna say that the Apt is nice for a Jr. 1 bedroom. It has all I need when it comes to living. Grounds are always clean. Everyone is nice and friendly.

Terrible Apartment I lived here for a year and I agree with the others. The cockroach infestation is absolutely terrible and so disgusting, yet nothing was ever done about it. I had one crawl on me in my sleep and that was it for me. I broke my lease and moved out paying the penalties.

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL! I MOVED OUT AND GAVE NOTICE TO A WOMAN WHO "NO LONGER WORKS THERE" AND NOW BECAUSE THEY CAN'T COMMUNICATE, THE NEW MANAGEMENT DIDN'T KNOW I MOVED??? CHARGING ME FOR THE REMAINING PART OF THE MONTH FOR NO REASON. THESE PEOPLE ARE RIDICULOUS

Cockroaches Management ignores the fact that there is a huge cockroach problem, yet they increase rent prices. They tell each individual tenant that it's their issue and hello they're coming through the walls! I'm trying to get out of my lease! Almost there!

beware of what you can't see lived there for 2 years. water pipes broken three times (flooded), 3 shootings on the block, manager's lazy, parking was awful (break-ins, dents), building generally in disrepair, a lot of band-aid fixes painted over to hide the damage.
