This set of apt units has been taken over by several different managment co.'s in the nearly two yrs I have been here.
There is drug passing right in the open in the back parking lots.The mgmt cant seem to remember who has what parking unit assigned to them.The rent went up from 1020 to 1090 in a year.The MC systems at the school and the car dealerships goes on from 7 a.m. until midnight on many days.The gated situation isnt consistent,I see no reason why it is gated,anyone can get in.My name and info was erased from the gate entry.
Washer and dryer in unit is nice.Spacious bedrooms.The balcony still isnt completed or painted.The carpet is cheap and stains easily.Change of people in the office staff,they are nice though.The gate to the pool was broken for a long period of time in the summer,not convenient.The equipment in the exercise room was broken.
