nice, but not worth the price due to too many little problems

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
-ant infested at a time
-kept turning off the water at one point to fix a problem
-renovating of balcony's/patios is slow and it looks worse than before; still not done
-finding an open spot to park is terrible
-gate always broken
-noisy at times
