I have some of the same complaints as others
-Every week for about 2 months they kept turning off the water at one point to fix a problem
-outside maintenance of garages, painting etc is terrible
-There were several open spaces in front of our apartment, but if you got home late, good luck. It really sucked walking 1/2 a mile with a baby and a hand full of groceries
-Our carpet was absolutely stained when we moved in.
-Our neighbors were relatively quiet, however, it sucks when your whole apartment shakes when the upstairs neighbors do aerobics.
-Poor insulation, especially in our spare bedroom. Our poor baby froze every night no matter how high I turned up the heat. Our whole family was sick for the entire winter. And we are normally healthy people.

Overall I think there are other places out there for the same price that are just as nice or nicer.

The management people were very nice overall.
