I'm singing the same tune as the others, with a few additions -
-The apartments are ridiculously overpriced, to start with. Rent went up $50/year for one bedroom and is high to start with
-Extensive mold problem in my apartment due to the poor insulation
-I guess they tried to improve the wood railing on the porches, however, I now have mismatched rungs that are painted different color. It's like they abandoned the project - about two months ago.
-Loud neighbors directly below me. There are many kids at this apartment complex and they seem to all be very loud.
-Having a view of the pool can be nice but adds to the noise, especially teens at night
-Carpet stains
