This apartment has to be the worst I have ever lived in...reasons why:

-We have a huge animal living in the attic and they have done nothing about it.

-Our heater goes out and our heater bill is over two hundred dollars because we try and get the house warm so our baby doesn't freeze.

-The carpets are nasty.

-The master bedroom door won't stay open and our daughters door will not close.

-The apartment was not cleaned when we moved in.

-The washer makes our clothes smell like mildew and they won't replace it...doesn't matter if you take your clothes out right away.

-The walls have a yellow tint they aren't even painted white.

-The are charging an extra 200 dollars for month to month.

-You have to pay 40 dollars a month for water, sewer and trash.

-The turn the water off at least once a week for repairs.
